Get ready for a great afternoon with your Yorkshire Estates neighbors! Here's everything you need to know about our Summer Picnic.
π Date & Time: Saturday, August 29th, 11:30 AM β 1:30 PM
π What's provided: The Homeowners Board will take care of chicken, non-alcoholic beverages, utensils, tables, and chairs.
π₯ What to bring: Please bring a side dish to share with 8β10 people. Think salads, baked beans, desserts, chips and dip, or fresh fruits and vegetables β all are welcome!
π° Cost:
Free for homeowners with current year's dues paid
Yorkshire residents who are not homeowners or have not paid HOA dues are warmly welcome! Please bring a side dish and $5 per adult / $2 per child (ages 12 and under)
This is a wonderful chance to enjoy good food and great company with the people who make Yorkshire Estates home. We hope to see you there!

Yorkshire Estates' annual Spring Cleanup Day is just around the corner, and here's everything you need to know to participate!
π Date & Time: Saturday, June 6th, starting at 9:00 AM β or until the dumpster is full, so don't wait too long!
π Need help hauling your items? We'll have a pickup truck with trailer on-site. If you need assistance getting your items to the dumpster, please let us know in advance.
π° Cost:
Free with 2026 dues paid ($35)
$20 per load for all others
β»οΈ Electronics disposal available! We're pleased to announce that neighbor John Hayes, owner of a local green business, will be on-site with a dedicated electronics disposal facility. This is a great opportunity to safely and responsibly get rid of old computers, phones, and other unwanted electronics.
π« The following items cannot be accepted in the dumpster:
Appliances
Furniture
Tires
Hazardous waste
Large bulky items
π Volunteers needed! We're looking for neighbors who can help load the dumpster or assist neighbors who are unable to bring their items themselves. If you'd like to volunteer, please reach out to us β every extra set of hands makes a big difference!

We have not one, but two exciting events on the horizon this year β and we want to make sure every neighbor has them on their calendar.
ποΈ Spring Cleanup Day β June 6th
Our annual Spring Cleanup Day is returning on Saturday, June 6th! Yorkshire Estates will be providing a dumpster for neighbors to dispose of large items that just don't fit in your regular trash pickup. It's the perfect opportunity to finally clear out that old furniture, broken appliances, or other bulky odds and ends that have been taking up space in your garage or backyard.
Stay tuned for a follow-up announcement with the full list of accepted and non-accepted items so you can start planning ahead.
